Iran is home for many Rare Earth Elements and Metals. Being partner to many Steel plants worldwide, we also try to be a helping hand in supply of specialty elements. Our Process (Chemical) Engineering department supports a great deal in right selection, analysis and supply of these elements.

Feed water and process water purity and filtration is a critical point in all Oil & Gas and Energy projects and for Iran’s projects in particular due to shortage of water resources.

Our Process department has extensive knowledge about water treatment. We have participated in many university research programs. The methods of water treatment solutions we have been involved are:

• Filtration and Ultra filtration
• Reverse Osmosis
• Ion based solutions and De-Ionization

Afra Industrial Alloys has a very strong Process Engineering department. Our Process engineering lead team has more than 20 years of in-field experience. We understand the challenges of practical material and chemical selection and can supply various catalysts as well as process chemicals for

• Corrosion Inhibition
• Anti-Fouling
• Scale Inhibition

We supply raw materials for production of flux for all Flux based processes such as SAW welding, Electro slag welding or fluxes for production of Flux Cored Wires. This includes various Oxides as well as Flux effect chemicals.
